I am sorry to announce that our festival 2020
is unfortunately cancelled.

There is a danger that foreign musicians will not be able to enter the country or rehearse and make music together, both in summer and autumn. At the moment it is unknown with which security conditions concerts can take place from September on. Unfortunately, the festival has to be postponed until next year.
I would like to thank all those who have prepared this year's festival with much love and commitment. It would certainly have been a festival of superlatives with outstanding musicians and performers. I would be delighted if it were now possible to postpone the programme until next year.
We are currently working flat out on an alternative, a new digital festival format: DIGITAL BEAT CONCERT.
It is a new digital concept that allows our visitors and festival friends to experience selected concerts nevertheless: Concerts are moved from the stage into virtual space. The premiere of this new format will already take place on 5 June: Hip-Hop meets Classical Music

The concert is to be experienced digitally as an extraordinary streaming format in a 360-degree presentation, which will be moderated and broadcast live in the Eutin Castle: Twelve musicians of the international festival orchestra will stream their instrumental parts from the places where they are located, a technical company will bring the performances together to create an orchestral sound for the currently planned performance of the rapper BRKN from Berlin, who will perform live in Eutin.

We are working on continuing the DIGITAL BEAT CONCERT for further concerts of the CLASSICAL BEAT FESTIVAL 2020.

Best wishes and stay healthy
